Creates records in their own
wayThey're not from Texas, but they fit in nicely Reckless Kelly captured the attention almost from the moment they pulled into Austin a few years ago. Their first album "Millican" offered something fresh to the alt.country scene, and their fanbase has multiplied ever since. Reckless Kelly is shopping for a label for their just-completed third album "The Day." The album is twelve original songs that, according to them, will have more of a rock edge. "It's not your father's Reckless Kelly record," warns Willy Reckless Kelly is happy to announce the completion of their third album, The Day. The band toured the east coast this past spring for their third time. The tour started in Nashville, Tennessee where Joe Ely got up to play a few songs with the band. They also opened up for Robert Earl Keen in Chicago and Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Thanks to all the people who came to the shows and showed such great support. |
