Lil' Malcolm & the Houserockers are a family based group originating
from Lake Charles, LA, features Malcolm Walker on the accordion and vocals,
his brother Percy Walker Jr. on drums and father Percy Walker Sr. on bass,
their brother Joe Walker on guitar and John Weatherall on rubboard. The
Houserockers play nouveau zydeco with a bluesy, funky edge. Lil Malcolm
leads the Houserockers with his sensational accordion abilities and has
proven himself a talented songsmith, having written or co-written all of
the track's on the band's 1996 self-itled release on Maison de Soul Records.
