An amazing guitaristBrian Stoltz has been among company of very high-esteem in the music world. He has toured with the Neville Brothers for ten years and brought his amazing virtuosity to albums by artists including Linda Ronstadt, Dr. John, Bob Dylan, Zachary Richard, Jimmy Buffet, and Edie Brickell. Brian is currently the guitarist with the "Funky Meters". Not only has Brian been in good company but he has contributed immensely to the music even co-writing the Neville Brothers' "Healing Chant" which received a Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental in 1991. He has also received the Lifetime Acheivement Award from the CMI New Muisc Corporation and been the highlight of movie soundtracks like "The Mighty Quinn" and "City of Hope". In 1998 Brian took his accrued experience as band member and sessions musician and applied it to his first solo effort. You can download an MP3 of "Seraphina" off that album here. |
