8th Floor Homegrown Music Night is held Tuesday night (pending scheduling) at Tipitina's Uptown to allow developing artists an opportunity to perform on our stage. Each Tuesday night will feature three different bands playing a 45-mnute set. The bands can also obtain a free VHS video and DAT of their performance (for purchase). Although there is no cover charge each group is given a number of tickets to pass out. The group who has the most tickets turned in may be eligible for a higher profile gig at Tipitina's in the future.
