ID is required to pick up Will Call tickets. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office anytime Monday- Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm or the night of the show after the doors open. Door times are listed on the show pages at Tipitinas.com.

Can I pick up my will call tickets for future shows?
Tickets can be only be picked up during Box Office hours. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office anytime Monday- Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm. You cannot pick up tickets to future shows while currently attending one.

Where is Tipitina’s located?
501 Napoleon Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70115. Tipitina’s is a world famous music venue located at the corner of Napoleon Avenue and Tchoupitoulas Street in Uptown, New Orleans, Louisiana.

What are my parking options?
Street parking is available. Tipitina's patrons are allowed to park in the back - closest to the venue - of the Rouses parking lot. Cars should not be left unattended for more than 24 hours. We ask that you kindly help us keep things clean.

How can I purchase tickets to a show?
Tickets are available online at Ticketweb.com and on the Tipitina’s website on any show page. To purchase tickets in person, please visit Tipitina’s during box office hours which are Monday through Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm. For more ticketing and box office questions, please email info@tipitinas.com or call the Box Office at (504) 895-8477 during office hours. All tickets are non-refundable.

Is there a way I can avoid paying fees?
Tickets puchased using cash in the Box Office during office hours have no fees. Tickets purchased using a debit/credit card in the Box Office will have a 3% service fee applied per ticket (tax inclusive). All tickets are non-refundable.

Are concerts general admission or reserved seating?
All shows are standing room only, unless otherwise noted on the show page on Tipitinas.com.

What are my payment options?
We accept cash, Mastercard, Discover, Visa and American Express.

What is the age limit?
All shows are ages 18 and up, unless otherwise noted Tipitinas.com. Show pages will indicate specific show age requirements. Everyone must have a ticket to enter the venue.

Do I need to bring an ID?
As required by law, everyone must have a valid, government issued photo ID or passport to enter the venue. All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol.

Can I smoke inside the venue?
No, smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere inside the venue.

Are bags allowed?
Yes, however all bags will be subject to search upon entry. Tipitina’s does not allow food or outside drink brought into the venue, nor does it provide a bag check. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

Can I bring my camera?
Professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses and camera rigs are not allowed inside the venue.
